How to fix it you download msvcp110.dll with this link https://www.dllme.com/getfile.php?file=8819&id=1b221fd4e9c398efd03e8704cb6367f7
and extract using winrar and then take the dll file and place it into the System32 folder
You can use a different download location or extractor, I just listed the ones that I personally used.

This can be fixed by downloading BOTH the x64 and x86 microsoft redist. Yes, both.
